We’ll work in any market, conduct negotiations in most languages, and deal with the intricacies of any local legal system.
As with the UK collection service, our approach has been tried, tested and successfully employed on behalf of thousands of companies.
Once the debt is passed to us for collection it is entered on our extensive information database and you will be assigned a dedicated international collector based here in the UK. A letter will immediately be sent (or faxed if possible), advising the debtor of our involvement and requesting payment of the overdue account.
If payment is not immediately forthcoming, your multi-lingual collector will contact the debtor by phone in an attempt to secure payment. If our phone-based activity does not yield a positive result, your account will be forwarded to the local Euler Hermes company or agent for further action on your behalf.
Should legal action become necessary we can provide lawyers who specialise in the trading laws of the individual country involved. They will discuss the case with you in detail – in particular the likely cost and time implications of any legal action you may wish to consider.
